Before real estate: Chris spent more than 20 years in sales, including over a decade as an account manager and sales representative in the food industry.
Why real estate: Chris was drawn to real estate because it combines two things he has always enjoyed: working with people and solving problems. He especially likes working with growing families who are upsizing, as well as first-time buyers who need more guidance through the process. His approach is built on trust, honest conversations and making sure clients feel like he has their best interests in mind. He also brings a strong interest in marketing and enjoys finding creative ways to position properties and solve unique challenges.
Favourite part about being a REALTOR®: Every day is different. Chris enjoys the problem-solving side of the business, whether that means coordinating a complicated move, helping a first-time buyer understand the process or finding a different strategy to get a property sold.
Outside the office: Chris spends a lot of time with his wife, enjoys hiking and walking local trails, trying new restaurants and staying active. Fitness has always been a big part of his life, and despite growing up as a dog person, he’s now a self-described cat guy thanks to his cat, Kevin. He also stays connected to Kingston’s Portuguese community, which was a big part of his family life growing up.
