Born and raised in Kingston, Nicole has deep roots in the community and a lifelong appreciation for the importance of service, relationships, and supporting others.

Before joining the real estate industry, Nicole built her career in nursing and grew up in a family deeply involved in Kingston’s restaurant industry. These experiences shaped her people-first approach and taught her the value of compassion, communication, and creating exceptional experiences. Today, she brings those same principles to her role as Operations Manager, overseeing the systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes support that enable the entire team to operate at a high level.

Nicole is passionate about creating structure and consistency while always keeping the client experience at the centre of every decision. From streamlining workflows to supporting agents and coordinating team operations, her focus is on making sure every client journey feels organized, professional, and stress-free. She takes pride in building systems that allow the team to deliver a higher level of service and support to the families they work with.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys life in Kingston with her husband, Jordan, and their daughter, Vienna. She loves exploring the city, spending time with family, connecting with other local parents, and embracing everything that makes Kingston such a special place to call home. Grounded in community values and driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Nicole brings warmth, reliability, and care to every aspect of her work.
