Originally from Ottawa and a graduate of Carleton University, Lindsay Pettie brings a diverse real estate background spanning commercial real estate, luxury residential properties, and investment-focused property management. Her broad experience gives clients a unique perspective and a strong foundation for making informed real estate decisions.
Early in her career, Lindsay worked alongside top-producing Realtors, gaining valuable experience in client service, market analysis, and strategic property marketing. Since relocating to Kingston in 2013, Lindsay has specialized in property management, where she has developed extensive expertise in investment properties and the successful oversight of large, diverse portfolios. This experience has strengthened her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to protecting and growing her clients’ real estate assets.

Before real estate: Lindsay’s background in real estate started well before she became licensed. She worked for REALTORS® and brokerages while in university, then spent five years in property management and leasing after moving to Kingston in 2012.
Why real estate: Lindsay enjoys helping people feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. She likes walking clients through what to look for, answering questions as they come up and making sure they understand what they’re buying. She works with clients across Kingston and the surrounding area, including buyers looking outside the city where affordability can open up more options. Her approach is responsive, professional and relationship-focused, while still keeping the experience approachable and fun.
Favourite part about being a REALTOR®: Getting to know her clients along the way. She values the relationships that often continue long after the transaction is over.
Outside the office: Lindsay is a mom of two girls and spends most of her free time with her family, their dog Moose, and friends. She enjoys fashion and thrifting, is working on her golf game, loves travelling, going out for dinner and relaxing by the pool. She also serves on the board of directors for a local daycare.
