Phil then spent six years working at one of Kingston’s largest property management companies, where he had the unique pleasure of aiding hundreds of professionals, retirees, families, students, and immigrants transition into their new homes and rentals. This experience equipped Phil with the housing knowledge and customer service skills needed to excel in the real estate industry.
