Phil was born and raised in Belleville and has proudly called Kingston home for many years. A graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Phil brings a unique combination of housing expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate important life decisions.
Before becoming a Realtor, Phil spent six years with one of Kingston’s largest property management companies, helping hundreds of professionals, families, retirees, students, and newcomers find housing solutions that met their needs. This experience gave him a strong understanding of Kingston’s housing market, while also developing the customer service skills needed to excel in the real estate industry.
Phil demonstrates his knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate by providing his clients with a tailored experience before, during, and after the transaction process. Whether helping a first-time buyer purchase their first home, guiding a family through a move, or assisting a seller with their next chapter, he is committed to providing clear communication, relentless dedication, and absolute transparency throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, Phil enjoys being part of the Kingston community and building lasting relationships with the people he serves. He measures his success by the satisfaction of his clients and looks forward to helping more individuals and families achieve their real estate goals.

Experience That Matters
REALTOR® since: 2016
Before real estate: Studied psychology with an interest in people before beginning his career in real estate right out of school.
Why real estate: Phil enjoys helping people make informed decisions during what can be a complicated process. His approach is centred around communication, honest advice and strong market knowledge—making sure his clients understand what’s happening, what comes next and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
Favourite part about being a REALTOR®: Simplifying the process for his clients. Phil’s not just there to sell someone a house—he’s there to give them the information and guidance they need to make the right decision for themselves.
Outside the office: Phil is usually doing something active. He plays tennis, baseball, ultimate frisbee and golf, enjoys running, and spends plenty of time with friends and family. He’s also taken on his own home renovations and has an interest in home design. And when he’s not doing any of the above, there’s a good chance he’s playing a game of online chess.
Phil's Kingston Favourites:
Coffee: Juniper Cafe. It has great coffee, a relaxed neighbourhood feel and the views by the water are top notch.
Dinner Spot: Tango Nuevo. The food is consistently excellent and sharing a variety of dishes makes it a great place for a date night or dinner with friends.
Hidden Gem: Lemoine Point. It isn’t exactly unknown but the shoreline trails at sunset are one of Kingston’s best simple experiences.
Favourite Park: McBurney Park, although most Kingston locals just call it Skeleton Park. I live nearby, and I love the mature trees, historic homes surrounding it and the sense of community.
Ideal Saturday: Start with coffee and a walk through Skeleton Park, then spend the afternoon playing a sport like tennis or golf. In the early evening, eating dinner downtown at Tango or one of the Italian restaurants. I’d finish the day with a quiet evening at home with Olivia and our family, playing cards like Euchre or Spades.
