Born and raised in Kingston, Nicole’s roots in this community run deep. With a background in nursing and a long family history in the local restaurant industry, she grew up understanding what it means to care for people, serve others, and build lasting relationships. Today, Nicole brings that same service-first mindset to the real estate industry. As Operations Manager, she develops and maintains the systems that keep our team running smoothly - always with the client experience at the centre. Her role is all about support: giving our Realtors everything they need behind the scenes so they can focus on helping clients move smart through one of the most important moments of their lives. Outside the office, Nicole loves life in Kingston with her husband, Jordan, and their family. She enjoys spending quality time with her daughter - from playdates to local outings - and enjoys building new connections with other parents in the city.
